Kassidy Tirelli

Kassidy is admitted to practice law in the state of New Jersey and formerly served as a judicial law clerk to the Hon. Benjamin Podolnick, J.S.C. Kassidy received her Juris Doctor degree and Family Law Certificate from Rutgers Law School – Camden and her Bachelor’s degree in Writing Arts, summa cum laude, from Rowan University.

Kassidy has held numerous leadership positions, including Managing Notes Editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy, Co-President of the Family Law Society, and Student Director of the Rutgers Domestic Violence Pro Bono Project.

Upon completion of law school Kassidy served as a law clerk to the Hon. Benjamin Podolnick, J.S.C., Kassidy has also served as a legal extern within the Department of Children and Families at the New Jersey Attorney General’s Office. Kassidy also had the opportunity to serve as a research assistant for the Rutgers Child and Family Advocacy Clinic and as a student attorney for the Rutgers Domestic Violence Clinic. In addition, Kassidy worked for multiple law firms during law school, where she primarily assisted with matrimonial matters.

At graduation, Kassidy was awarded the Deborah Michael Richards Family Law Award and the Dean’s Pro Bono Publico Award for Exceptional Service. She was also chosen as one of Rutgers Law School’s 2023 Mary Philbrook Public Interest Student Honorees.
